Shipping Terms

Within Australia:

• Within Australia, all orders will be delivered by one of our courier services or Australia Post.
• Orders over AUD $100 will be delivered free. Orders less than AUD $100 will be charged a rate in accordance with Australian Post rates.
• Standard delivery usually takes approximately 3-7 business days, but can take longer for a remote area. We can deliver to  business and private addresses including PO Boxes within Australia.
• A consignment number will be issued to you for tracking purposes.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.   

International Postage –

• We offer complimentary worldwide delivery for orders AUD $300 and above.  Orders less than AUD $300 will be charged a rate in accordance with Australian Post rates at check-out.  GST will not be applied to all international orders. 
• International orders are via Australia Post.  This may take up to 2 weeks delivery.  If an order is urgent, pls contact us for more options. 
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
• International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or any associated cost.   These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
